All our Windows and Doors have the following features as standard:

• Window, door and conservatory profiles are to B.S. and B.B.A. Standards so you know you are buying quality goods.
• 70mm profile depth with three-chambered internal web.
• Glass packers are included in the price.
• Scotia glazing beads, unless otherwise agreed, giving a very attractive appearance inside.
• Fully sculptured profile suite as standard giving a very attractive appearance outside, but chamfered and flush is also available.
• Lockable night vent facility allows ventilation at night whilst keeping the vent locked.
• Push button handles with key locking facility.
• Three fully adjustable flag hinges on all doors. Top spec. Multi point security locking.
• 10 year manufacturing guarantee.

Information & Fitting instructions

For Do It Yourself homeowners, there are fitting instructions listing the tools you will need and also describes the various techniques the trade use when installing the frames, especially 'Toe and Heeling' the double-glazed units.

We can provide computer drawings for most Conservatories including base layout drawings for you to work to.

Pilkington's glass patterns can currently be selected online. On-line brochures are available for Moulded Panel Doors, Composite Doors and many other products.

Lead Time

We aim to process all orders and have them ready for production within twenty-four hours of receiving your confirmed order. Orders for standard white casement windows and doors will normally be available for collection seven working days from going into production, Coloured Products, Vertical Sliders, Bi-folding Doors, Patio Doors, Tilt and Turn windows, Conservatories or unusual frames will generally be completed within ten to fourteen working days. Aluminium Products are 4-6 week lead time. Goods for delivery will then be scheduled to go with the next available delivery to your area.

Delivery Service

For customers requiring delivery, we can deliver orders anywhere throughout England, Wales, and Scotland, for a nominal delivery charge in accordance with out transport policy.

Deliveries to Ireland, Isle of Man, or deliveries to the Shetlands and the Channel Islands or any offshore island are no problem. Deliveries to these areas are to a shipping company of your choice. Our delivery charges cover the part to the mainland shipping company but not any onward delivery fees and insurance. We can also support with arrangements to deliver to Europe and Worldwide via a U.K. courier or shipping company.
